Official terms governing event registrations and digital pass usage.
By completing an online registration and booking a pass through this website for any event hosted by Bhagwan Mahaveer PG College (BMC), Balotra, you agree to abide by these terms and the campus code of conduct.
Each digital pass is issued strictly to the registered participant. Passes cannot be re-sold, transferred, or shared. Any attempt to replicate, modify, or forge QR passes will lead to instant disqualification and disciplinary action.
Entry into the college premises requires the presentation of the official digital pass (on a smartphone or paper printout) alongside a valid College Identity Card or Government-issued Photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License).
All participants must maintain discipline and respect college property, faculty, guests, and fellow students. Possession or consumption of alcohol, tobacco, narcotics, or prohibited items is strictly illegal and will result in immediate expulsion and legal reporting.
The College Event Committee reserves the right to modify event schedules, adjust venue locations, or refuse admission to any individual failing to comply with college regulations.
