How we protect student personal data and payment privacy.
We collect participant names, mobile numbers, email addresses, course details, semester, and optional photographs solely for the purpose of verifying student eligibility, issuing digital QR passes, and communicating event updates.
Online payments are processed securely through certified payment gateways (such as Razorpay / UPI). Bhagwan Mahaveer PG College never stores, processes, or has access to your debit/credit card numbers, CVVs, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs.
The QR code embedded on your pass contains an encrypted, opaque security token. It does not expose your private personal or financial information to third-party scanners.
Your information is used strictly by the college administration for campus events and is never shared, rented, or sold to external marketing agencies or commercial partners.
